Job Description
You will act as a trusted partner to the Client Experience leadership team to understand the organization and talent implications required for the organization to achieve their strategic imperatives. You will contribute to the business strategy by helping business leaders identify, prioritize, and build organizational capabilities, behaviors, structures, and processes.

Requirements

  • Clear, comprehensive understanding of the link between Human Capital and business strategy
  • Ability to engage, inspire, and influence people at all levels in the organization
  • Strong workflow management, project management, and prioritization skills
