The Human Capital Management Analyst will coordinate BWC employment assessments, proctor in-person assessments, score assessments, and support departmental recruitment efforts. The analyst will work with BWC's seven offices across Ohio, promoting a culture of safety and wellness. The role involves coordinating drug tests and background checks, maintaining personnel files, and supporting other departmental recruitment efforts.

Requirements

  • 2 yrs. exp. in human resources
  • completion of undergraduate core program in human resources, business or public administration
  • 1 yr. exp. as Human Capital Management Associate, 64611
  • equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications For Employment noted above
