Job Description
The Ohio Department of Youth Services is seeking a Human Capital Management Analyst to serve as part of the human resources team at Circleville Juvenile Correctional Facility. The ideal candidate will be a team player with knowledge of human resources programs and concepts, and excellent customer-focused skills.
Requirements
Perform bi-weekly payroll processing in UKG Pro/Kronos and OAKS; review payroll reports and make corrections as needed; enter off-work components and submit personnel actions for approval
Perform recruitment activities; compose position descriptions; advertise vacancies; schedule interviews and participate in preliminary screening and/or interviews; enter personnel actions; research recruitment methods
Attend and give presentations at orientation for new employees; coordinate pre-hire appointments; assist employees in applying for benefits and/or training programs
Plan, track, monitor and advise regarding employee recognition or employee wellness programs; collect and manipulate data and analyze trends; plan workforce needs and implement strategic human resources initiatives and action plans
Serve on committees; complete employment verification forms and references; maintain personnel records for employees; maintain and order supplies
