Job Description
The Human Capital Management Analyst position is responsible for coordinating full-cycle recruitment and selection processes, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and policies, and supporting labor relations and payroll/benefits administration. The analyst will also provide cross-trained support across all HR functions and assist with training, orientation, and employee engagement initiatives.
