Role Overview

The Human Capital Management Analyst will work under general supervision and require considerable knowledge of human resources functions and civil service laws, rules, policies, and procedures to serve as assistant to the personnel director for assigned institution. The role will perform two or more non-advanced human resources sub-programs, including composing and processing personnel actions, preparing and updating position descriptions, and maintaining tables of organization.

What You Will Do

The Human Capital Management Analyst will be responsible for scheduling interviews, participating in preliminary screening and/or interviewing of applicants, coordinating and tracking processes, approving and advising regarding performance evaluations, and assisting with employee recognition and employee wellness programs.
