Role OverviewThe Human Capital Management Analyst will support payroll, benefits, and leave administration, as well as provide cross-functional HR support. The role will involve working with employees, managers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective HR operations. The analyst will be part of the Developmental Disabilities - Central Office team at the Columbus Developmental Center.
What You Will Do
The Human Capital Management Analyst will assist with payroll, benefits, and leave support, including timesheet review, pay adjustments, and leave auditing. They will also support employees with benefits enrollment and inquiries, and assist with FMLA, ADA, and other leave programs.
