Role OverviewPerforms human resources sub-programs for assigned district, including personnel actions, position descriptions, workers compensation, and health benefits. Assists in monitoring and preparing forms and reports, and responds to inquiries from employees and the public.
What You Will Do
Composes, processes, and approves personnel actions, position descriptions, and workers compensation claims. Enrolls employees in health benefit programs, schedules interviews, and participates in preliminary screening and interviewing of applicants.
