Job Description
As the Human Capital Management (HCM) System Architect at Oncor, you’ll utilize the UltiPro HCM system to provide strategic data and information support for the Human Resources (HR) team to best support Oncor’s business initiatives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of HRIS, HR Generalist or Specialist experience
  • 3+ years of demonstrated experience in the UltiPro HCM system
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related discipline with a technical focus
