Role Overview

The Human Resource Coordinator supports all major HR functions for the Developmental Center, ensuring consistent, compliant, and efficient operations across the facility. This role manages personnel actions, recruitment, performance evaluations, training, labor relations, and policy administration.

What You Will Do

Implement and process personnel actions, manage the recruitment and selection process, oversee the facility’s performance evaluation program, conduct and coordinate new employee orientation, review and recommend updates to facility policies and procedures, and approve leave requests.

Requirements

  • equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications For Employment
