Role OverviewThe Human Capital Management Senior Analyst (Payroll) will review and complete bi-weekly payroll for ODJFS employees, ensuring state benefits are provided. The role involves reviewing bi-weekly timesheets, leave requests, and adjustments, as well as updating the state-wide payroll system, OAKS. The analyst will also process leave management cases, employment verifications, and OPERS requests.
What You Will Do
The main day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing bi-weekly payroll, processing leave management cases, completing payroll updates, and collaborating with staff to ensure accurate payroll.

Requirements
- 3 years of experience in human resources

- Completion of undergraduate core program in human resources, business, or public administration
- 12 months of experience in human resources
