Job Description
As a Human Capital Management Senior Analyst, you will serve as the primary HR advisor to assigned divisions, leading recruitment and selection, managing position planning and classification, and maintaining HRIS data integrity and reporting. You will also coordinate the BWC internship program and represent HR in employee relations forums. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience in human resources or equivalent qualifications.
Requirements
3 years experience in human resources
completion of undergraduate core program in human resources, business or public administration and 12 months experience in human resources
1 year experience as Human Capital Management Analyst
equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications For Employment
