Job Description
The NYC Department of Consumer and Worker Protection (DCWP) is seeking a Human Capital Manager to lead the Recruitment and On-Boarding team. The Manager will oversee recruitment, onboarding, and special hiring programs, building a diverse and inclusive workforce while expanding the Agency’s outreach across NYC communities.

Requirements

  • Lead and manage the daily operations of the Recruitment and On-Boarding Unit
  • Act as the Agency’s representative at community job fairs and hiring events
  • Build and maintain outreach partnerships with schools and community-based organizations
  • Oversee and actively manage the Agency’s LinkedIn Recruiter platform
  • Provide ongoing support to division hiring managers
