Job Description
The NYC Department of Consumer and Worker Protection (DCWP) is seeking a dynamic Human Capital Manager to lead the Recruitment and On-Boarding team. The Manager will oversee recruitment, onboarding, and special hiring programs, and partner with the Office of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility to advance equitable hiring practices.

Requirements

  • Baccalaureate degree from an accredited college and two years of experience in community work or community centered activities
  • High school graduation or equivalent and six years of experience in community work or community centered activities
  • Education and/or experience which is equivalent to '1' or '2' above
  • At least one year of experience as described in '1' above
