Job Description
The Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) is seeking a Human Dynamics Trainer to join their Training and Development department. The ideal candidate will have experience delivering training to adult audiences and be able to support the department's mission to enhance employee workplace skills and productivity.

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in positions that provided knowledge of training methods, techniques, and materials as related to individual development, education, and training programs
  • Experience in delivering in-person classroom training and virtual training
  • Experience in training or teaching adults
  • Experience in developing curricula
  • Experience as a supervisor or manager
