Role OverviewWe're seeking a self-starter Human Factors Engineer to drive their own work while keeping cross-functional teams and executives in the loop. You'll develop vehicle occupant packages, perform testing and analysis, and generate documentation to support FAA Certification.

Develop vehicle occupant packages, perform testing and analysis, generate and release documentation, build seating bucks and simulators, create engineering CAD and drawings, and work cross-functionally with other teams.

Requirements
- Bachelor's of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Human Factors Engineer and/or Psychology
- 5+ years of experience working with vehicle engineering with human factors, vehicle packaging and/or mechanical engineering
- Proven ability to use Solidworks and/or CATIA with experience with Digital Human Models (Example: RAMSIS)
- Self-motivated and able to manage multiple parallel-path projects
