Job Description
Human Resource Business Partner will help align OTG's crewmember's strategy with its business strategy, partner with operations leaders to build future-ready teams, and guide the creation and implementation of HR processes and policies.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a field related to Human Resources Management, organizational studies, or business management/administration.
5+ years' experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations, labor relations, CBAs, and negotiations.
