The HR Business Partner will support the daily HR functions of Piping Rock's Ronkonkoma facilities, assisting with benefits, associate relations, leave administration, talent acquisition, and performance evaluation.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Human Resources or related work
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resource management or related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to stay poised under pressure and demonstrated strong judgement
  • Can multi-task and is highly organized
  • Ability to travel to engagement events with overnight travel
