Job Description

Requirements
Provide support across the entire employee lifecycle (onboarding to offboarding)
Manage HRIS workflows and ensure data accuracy
Assist with the talent acquisition process (posting job openings)
Address and resolve employee lifecycle issues
Tech-savvy with quick learning curve for new systems
Familiarity with HCM systems and Oracle Data Management
Strong critical thinking and collaboration skills
Flexible and adaptable in a dynamic environment
