Job Description
VARC is seeking a full-time, exempt Human Resources (HR) Coordinator to join our growing HR team. The role is responsible for coordinating recruitment and onboarding activities, assisting with maintaining records, responding to employee and external HR inquiries, and supporting basic HR programs and initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications, Psychology, or a related field or equivalent combination of relevant administrative or HR experience
  • Prior experience in HR, administrative, customer-service-focused role or non-profit experience preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
