Role Overview

The Human Resource Coordinator will support the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, HR operations, employee support, and offboarding. The role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can work in a fast-paced environment.

What You Will Do

The Human Resource Coordinator will coordinate new hire onboarding, maintain employee records, generate HR reports, respond to employee inquiries, and assist with performance management activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required (Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred)
  • Previous administrative experience required; Human Resources experience strongly preferred
  • Experience working with HRIS platforms is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong customer service mindset with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
