Human Resource Coordinator

Destiny Management Services, LLC is a professional services firm specializing in medical support staffing and administrative services to federal government agencies. The Human Resource Coordinator will support the departments in HR, Accounting, and Recruiting, with tasks including managing HR systems, sending offer letters, and updating benefits paperwork.

What You Will Do

The Human Resource Coordinator will perform tasks such as following up with new hires, sending out new hire packages, and updating benefits paperwork. They will also assist in the production and distribution of policy updates to all employees and maintain employee start and anniversary dates.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Demonstrated experience providing administrative, operational, or program coordination support in a professional office environment
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong customer service orientation
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Experience handling sensitive information with discretion and maintaining confidentiality
• Ability to prepare clear status updates, meeting materials, and routine administrative reports
• Demonstrated experience providing on-boarding and off-boarding employees and managing benefits
