Role OverviewAs a Human Resources Expert, you will be part of a team that champions change, proactively removes roadblocks, and builds diverse and inclusive talent strategies to deliver on our guest-centric mission. You will work with HR leaders to anticipate and address specific talent and staffing needs for each area of the business.
What You Will Do
A typical day will include creating a welcoming experience for guests, observing and understanding their needs, engaging with guests in a genuine way, and being knowledgeable about store tools, products, and services. You will also work with HR leaders to anticipate and address talent and staffing needs, execute intentional recruiting efforts, and support training needs of the sales force.
