Job Description
The Human Resource Generalist and Business Partner is responsible for ensuring alignment of HR practices and programs with business goals and initiatives, providing guidance and support to front-line leaders and employees, and managing employee relations and engagement.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or related field preferred
5+ years of experience in the field of Human Resources required
SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or HRCI PHR credential a plus
Proficiency with Microsoft suite of products
Working knowledge of HR Information Systems
