Job Description
Under the supervision of the Human Resource Manager, the Human Resource Generalist will provide effective communication, administrative and strategic support, as well as guidance through an organized approach to rapidly changing priorities.

Requirements

  • Recruiting candidates for open hourly positions through multiple sources
  • Screening applications and resumes to assess qualifications
  • Coordinate and participate in the interview process
  • Perform pre-employment screening process
  • Responsible for administration of all safety programs and safety committee meetings
  • Coordinate and review safety hazard surveys
  • Complete tracking of EEO information
  • Conduct new hire orientations
  • Ensure all new hires have supplies and resources necessary to perform their jobs effectively
