Job Description
We are seeking a Human Resource Generalist to join our team. The Human Resource Generalist will maintain knowledge of legal requirements, advise managers on employee relations, plan new employee orientations, and facilitate employee engagements meetings. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of related experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from a 4-year college or university or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum 3-5 years related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Bilingual in Spanish
