Job Description
Cambrian Homecare, LLC is seeking a Human Resource Generalist to join their team in Long Beach, CA. The role involves supporting employee relations, compliance, benefits, and HR processes, and requires strong knowledge of employee relations, California employment law, benefits administration, performance management, and investigations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in HR generalist or combined operations/HR role
  • Experience supporting large administrative or non-exempt groups (100 - 130 employees)
  • Strong knowledge of employee relations, California employment law, benefits administration, performance management, and investigations
  • Spanish-speaking ability
  • Experience in coaching and employee development
  • Industry expertise in home healthcare, homecare, or other service-oriented environments
  • Technical proficiency in HR platforms and Microsoft Office 365, Teams, SharePoint
