Job Description
This Human Resource Generalist role is responsible for day-to-day operations in support of the HR Department. The position will include implementing HR policies, maintaining compliance, handling financial functions, and assisting with various HR processes, including benefits administration, leave requests, and employee engagement. This is a full-time City Hall position.

Requirements

  • Prepares fiscal reports and assists with administrative tasks.
  • Assists with new hire onboarding and performance management.
  • Oversees unemployment compensation and payment.
