Role OverviewA Human Resources Manager is responsible for coordinating all administrative activities related to an organization’s personnel, including employee relations, payroll, and compliance issues. The HR department helps ensure that an organization runs smoothly, and the Human Resources Manager is at the helm. The Human Resources Manager coordinates the implementation of people-related services, policies, and programs through Human Resources staff.
What You Will Do
Manage the staffing process, ensure job descriptions are up to date, develop training materials and performance management programs, create a compensation strategy, investigate employee issues, and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

- Active affiliation with appropriate Human Resources networks and organizations and ongoing community involvement, preferred
