Role OverviewThe Human Resource Manager will lead and direct the routine functions of the HR department for the assigned location. The role will work collaboratively with the department's HR Generalists and Recruiters to ensure that the department provides an inviting culture and outstanding customer service. The HRM will provide HR guidance to the assigned State Director(s) to meet the state's regulatory needs.
What You Will Do
The HRM will oversee the daily workflow of the department, handle discipline and termination of employees, provide support and guidance to HR generalists, management, and other staff, and maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
