Role OverviewThe HR Manager is responsible for providing HR leadership and guidance by working in partnership with business leaders at sites/branches or within functions. This position is an onsite position responsible for the teams within this location.
What You Will Do
Partners with business leaders to guide and support business initiatives and align them against the Human Resource strategy. Acts as a change agent, working in partnership with business leaders to drive the transformation agenda.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or Social Sciences
- Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible experience in Human Resources leadership roles
- Ability to work in unregulated temperatures within the warehouse during the warmer and colder months
