Role OverviewThis is an entry-level full-time apprenticeship position responsible for conducting various types of investigation in accordance with generally accepted industry practices. The incumbent must possess knowledge applicable to the job such as principles of pre-employment screening, report writing, state/federal employment laws, as well as Palicon Group policies and procedures.
What You Will Do
Conduct interviews, author reports or case summaries, search computer databases, conduct background investigations of individuals, organize investigative material, and question persons to obtain information for various investigative matters.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited college or university
- One (1) year of experience in an information gathering or process based setting
- Valid California driver's license
