Job Description
The Recruitment and Onboarding Manager is responsible for overseeing QSAC’s Recruiting and Onboarding teams, managing the full cycle recruitment process, and initiating retention initiatives to reduce staff turnover.

Requirements

  • Ensure that quality screening, procedures, and guidelines are established and followed
  • Manage Recruitment and Orientation teams in NYC and Long Island
  • Supervise, train, and evaluate the performance of the Recruitment and Onboarding teams
  • Conduct frequent outreach with Executives, Department Directors, and Hiring Managers to identify hiring needs
  • Manage the full cycle recruitment process and working with the HR team, hiring managers, and internal and external candidates
  • Effectively liaise with all Departments regarding Recruiting and Onboarding efforts and outcomes
  • Manage reporting and daily compliance of UKG Applicant Tracking System
  • Participate and contribute to HR department special projects
