Requirements

  • Minimum of 3–4 years of experience working in a sourcing or recruitment role (agency experience preferred)
  • Proven experience supporting hiring within financial markets technology or FinTech
  • Familiarity with recruiting for enterprise financial systems and workflows
  • Proficiency with ATS/CRM platforms and sourcing tools
  • Strong talent research and candidate engagement skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A highly organized and analytical mindset
