Job Description
Signicast is the industry's leading investment casting manufacturer. We are seeking a Sr. Recruiter to support and drive recruitment activities to improve the talent within the organization to align with the organization's strategic plan.

Requirements

  • Recruits, researches, interviews, screens, and manages the full recruitment life cycle
  • Collaborates with HR Team to establish employment branding practices and corporate hiring initiatives
  • Manages and coordinates staffing activities
  • Establishes networks and maintains partnerships with third party organizations
  • Monitors the recruiting referral program and compensation trends
  • Supports recruiting strategies and metrics
  • Confers with management and supervisors to identify personnel needs
  • Creates and manages job postings, company branding, and on-boarding program
