Requirements

  • Recruits, researches, interviews, screens, and manages the full recruitment life cycle, for Signicast North America.
  • Collaborates with HR Team to establish employment branding practices and corporate hiring initiatives.
  • Manages and coordinates staffing activities which includes recruitment, interviewing, background screening, reference checks, and hiring of hourly, manufacturing and non-manufacturing, and exempt level positions.
  • Supports recruiting strategies and metrics such as diversity, cost of hire, and time to fill which are used to evaluate the effectiveness of the recruiting process and drives continuous improvement.
