Job Description
HDR is seeking an entry-level Human Resources (HR) Administrative Assistant to support our HR Special Programs team in Omaha, NE. This role provides a broad range of customer-focused administrative and operational support to ensure accurate employee records, efficient HR processes, and a positive experience for employees, HR partners, internal stakeholders, and external customers.

Requirements

  • Provide responsive, high quality customer service to employees and external partners
  • Support employee onboarding, orientation, and core HR compliance processes
  • Apply and further develop technical and analytical skills by leveraging prior experience with data, systems, or reporting
  • Serve as a flexible backup support resource for the HR team
