Job Description
HDR is seeking an entry-level Human Resources (HR) Administrative Assistant to support our HR Special Programs team within our Corporate HR department in Omaha, NE. The role will provide a broad range of customer-focused administrative and operational support that helps ensure accurate employee records, efficient HR processes, and a positive experience for employees, HR partners, internal stakeholders, and external customers.
Requirements
Provide responsive, high-quality customer service to employees and external partners as a main point of contact for the HR team
Support employee onboarding, orientation, and core HR compliance processes
Apply and further develop technical and analytical skills by leveraging prior experience with data, systems, or reporting
Serve as a flexible backup support resource for the HR team
Demonstrate openness to continuous learning and development
