Job Description
HDR is seeking an entry-level Human Resources (HR) Administrative Assistant to support the HR Special Programs team within the Corporate HR department in Omaha, NE. The role requires strong attention to detail, effective communication and customer service skills, and discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information. Key responsibilities include providing customer-focused administrative and operational support, managing HR inboxes, answering calls, and supporting employee onboarding and compliance processes.

Requirements

  • Associate degree or one year of experience in an administrative, HR, customer service, or support role within a corporate or professional environment
  • Entry-level technical, analytical, and data skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience working with HR systems and technology
  • Ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information with discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment
  • Demonstrated interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources and a willingness to build foundational HR knowledge and continuously develop technical, analytical, and customer service skills
