Human Resources Administrator responsible for providing daily advice and assistance related to employee and labor relations, compensation, benefits, employee development, and adherence to employment laws. Maintains compliance with all state and federal employment laws and regulations.

Requirements

  • BA/BS in human resources, business, psychology, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of HR experience
  • Previous experience in an industrial environment
  • Experience in HRIS, compensation, benefits, and payroll
  • PHR or SPHR certification
