Role OverviewThe HR Administrator plays a key role in supporting the daily operations of the Human Resources department by providing administrative support throughout the employee lifecycle.
What You Will Do
Process employee status changes, terminations, and other HR transactions, assist employees with HR-related questions, and maintain accurate employee personnel files and HR records.

Requirements
- 2+ years of Human Resources administrative experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Knowledge of HR practices and California employment laws
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and cloud-based software applications
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Strong customer service skills and ability to build positive relationships across all departments
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
