Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related field
  • 7–10+ years of progressive HR experience
  • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification preferred
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience in HRIS platforms and BI/data visualization tools
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate complex HR data into executive-ready insights
