Requirements

• Provide a welcoming and professional experience as the first point of contact for colleagues, candidates, and visitors
• Manage incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses
• Support an excellent new hire experience through onboarding coordination and documentation
• Maintain colleague files and ensure accurate recordkeeping and data-entry in compliance with company policies
• Assist with HR processes including recruitment coordination and employment support
• Coordinate colleague relations and recognition events and support colleague engagement initiatives
• Maintain organization and overall functionality of the HR office environment
• Assist with special projects and other administrative duties as needed
• Prepare colleagues who are departing with appreciative offboarding support
