Job Description
River Valley is looking for an experienced HR Coordinator/Generalist to join their team in Olathe, Colorado. The HR Assistant plays a key role in supporting and collaborating with the Human Resources Manager in the daily operations of the HR Department.

Requirements

  • Maintaining accurate and organized electronic personnel records
  • Assisting with the hiring, onboarding, and offboarding process
  • Representing the clinics at job fairs and expo's as needed
  • Assisting with the benefit and leave of absence process
  • Assisting employees with life events, questions, and more!
