Role OverviewThe Human Resources Assistant will provide administrative support to the HR department, including managing employee compliance records, filing and data management, and providing on-site support to executives and team members.
What You Will Do
The Human Resources Assistant will track and manage employee driver's license, vehicle insurance, and registration records, follow up with employees ahead of deadlines, and maintain accurate and complete compliance records.

Requirements
- Associate's degree preferred
- At least 2 years of related administrative experience
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks at once while staying detail-oriented and setting clear priorities
- Sound analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with senior leadership
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
