Navaide is looking for a Human Resources Assistant to support its people strategy through hands-on partnership with the HR team, employees and leaders. The role involves executing HR policies and procedures, providing support to execute people strategies, and contributing to a strong, high-performance culture.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 2 years of progressive Human Resources experience
  • Working knowledge of U.S. employment laws and HR best practices
  • Experience supporting benefits & leaves, payroll, performance management, and compliance
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-growing environment
  • Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to lift 25 pounds
