Requirements

  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field from an accredited college or university
  • A minimum of four years of administrative support experience
  • A minimum of two years of working knowledge in benefits administration and leave of absence experience in a Human Resources department
  • Advanced computer skills and competency in the Microsoft Suite
  • Working knowledge of Human Resources principles and practices
