Role OverviewAs a strategic partner, the HR Business Partner works closely with Senior Management to align HR plans and programs with the company's annual business plan and long-term strategic objectives. The HRBP will be responsible for managing all HR issues in the region, interpreting policies, and consulting with managers and team members on complex HR matters.
What You Will Do
The HRBP will provide leadership coaching and counseling for managers, execute Human Resources programs, including Management/Employee Development, Talent Acquisition, and Workforce Planning. They will also conduct investigations, respond to employee relation issues, and communicate with administration, managers, and legal counsel as needed.
