What You Will Do
The Human Resources Business Partner will serve as the primary HR partner for leaders and employees across Queens and Long Island, providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness. The role will also partner with Talent Acquisition and hiring leaders on workforce planning, recruiting strategies, job descriptions, employer branding, career fairs, and community outreach.

Requirements
- At least five years of progressive Human Resources experience
- Strong knowledge of employee relations, recruiting, compensation, benefits, performance management, and employment law
- Proven ability to coach, influence, and build trust with leaders and employees at all levels
- Strong communication, judgment, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and respond effectively in a fast-paced, multi-site environment
- A high degree of professionalism, discretion, collaboration, and commitment to service excellence
- Ability to travel regularly throughout Queens and Long Island, with occasional evening or weekend availability based on business needs
