The HR Business Partner provides sales and operational support on all people functions for assigned retail locations, ensuring alignment with company policies, employment laws, and labor contracts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in HR within a retail and/or commission sales environment
  • Proven track record as an HR professional
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively (up to 80%)
