Requirements

  • Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 30% between eastern sites
  • Ability to lead and influence organizational culture and encourage an inclusive workplace
  • Strong business and HR acumen
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, PPT, Outlook, and HRIS systems
  • Strong problem solving, communication, and presentation skills
  • Well organized and confidence to work independently
  • Ability to think strategically, execute tactically, and collaborate across teams, levels, and situations
