Requirements
Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment
Willingness and ability to travel up to 30% between eastern sites
Ability to lead and influence organizational culture and encourage an inclusive workplace
Strong business and HR acumen
Advanced knowledge of Excel, PPT, Outlook, and HRIS systems
Strong problem solving, communication, and presentation skills
Well organized and confidence to work independently
Ability to think strategically, execute tactically, and collaborate across teams, levels, and situations
